People behind the scenes
At Labella’s, we would like to be as transparent as possible and we would like to tell you a story behind the scenes of the company. We’re in-house production which is held in Bangkok Thailand.
We are a family business under S.K.T manufacturing which has been run for over 30 years by A small Thai-Chinese family. And more than 50 employees majority are women behind each garment. Most of our employees have been working with us for well over 20 years, building a lot of experience and knowledge of making clothing. 
Not only that but we support their family alongside. Here at the company, we treat all of our employees as our family members which build trust and long-term relationships. We believe that if we treat everyone reasonably not only we’ll be able to produce the best products yet every piece of garment we produced can tell the story of how the customers not only support us as a business but people behind it, The employees children to be able to get educations, their parents to be able to live comfortable and lastly the people who we’re giving donations to.
Our Foundations and Goals.
We started this company with 1 of the goals to be able to give back to the people who may not have the best living circumstances. At Labella's, our goal is to give back part of our profit to different villages up in the north of Thailand. Most of the people in the villages do not have access to clean water, Electricity, education, and more.
For 2023 our goal is to be able to give jackets, blankets, and winter essentials to children and people who do not have access to it during the month of November which can be cold up in the mountains not only that but we would like to be able to provide instant food and dry food for them for the future. 
One of our long-term goals for this foundation is to be able to build schools for the northern tribe. They’re unable to get an education due to the difficulty of traveling to schools and such since most of the northern tribe are in the mountains which are already hard to come out from the village due to the difficult route.
So being able to give them access to education would help all of them in the long run. In Thailand we believe in giving back and taking care of people we love so giving them an education as a base for their future means a lot to us.
